WhatYou’ll Do
- Play a key role in providing excellent customer service to guests
- Welcome arriving guests and provide them with assistance throughout their stay
- Responsible for the check-in and check-out processes and maintaining accurate guest information
- Monitor occupancy levels and suggest upgrades on an ongoing basis
- Have a friendly personality and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure satisfaction and take corrective action if needed.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry is an asset
- Assist with arranging hotel guest transportation, restaurant reservations, off or onsite activities and itineraries
- Provide expert recommendations based on guest interests and obtain guest information to ensure full satisfaction
- At least 1+ year of front desk or guest service experience
- Minimum High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of hotel software
- Ability to work varied shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidays
