About Our Property
The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after a $150 million restoration. It has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, 9 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining), a luxury spa, and 7 pools including a 65 water slide.

In-Room Dining Coordinator
, you would be responsible for answering telephones and taking guest food and beverage orders in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
This Includes But Is Not Limited To
- Answer Room Service telephones and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Ensure knowledge of menu, including, but not limited to, restaurant promotions, specials, how menu items are prepared, etc.
- Upsell food and beverage items including, but not limited to, sides, dessert, beverages and special promotion items.
- Take guest food and beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system.
- Reconcile check upon delivery of order, including verifying check totals, gratuity disbursement, and managing the cash drawer and house bank in accordance with established accounting guidelines.
This is a part-time position and you must have availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Work schedule will be Sunday - Thursday.
What Are We Looking For?Experience
Must possess basic math skills, good telephone etiquette, good handwriting skills, work well under pressure, be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task.
