A Spa Coordinator is responsible for providing, maintaining and promoting hospitality at the highest level at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner. The individual should demonstrate good conversational and computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities- Recommending and scheduling treatments; assisting with retail sales; processing payments; and maintaining the cleanliness of all spa areas including men’s and women’s locker rooms.
- Demonstrate confidence, grace and empathy in handling situations.
- High end customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability to include weekends and holidays
- Spa or hotel experience preferred
- Must be able to stand and move for an 8 hour shift
