Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor – Full Time |

Lead. Inspire. Maintain Excellence. We’re looking for a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. If you take pride in high standards, teamwork, and guest satisfaction, this role is for you.

• Supervise and support Room Attendants and Housepersons.
• Inspect guest rooms and corridors to ensure top-quality cleanliness.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to special requests.
• Manage supplies, carts, and linen closets to keep operations running smoothly.
• Report maintenance issues and urgent repairs to Engineering.
• Open and close the Housekeeping Department as scheduled.
• Prepare daily room boards and PM room status reports.
• Handle lost-and-found items and assist guests and Front Desk staff.
• Follow all company policies, safety, and security procedures.
• Step in to assist the team whenever needed.

• Experience with PEP a plus!
• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Spanish is a plus but not required!
• Ability to work Wednesday – Sunday (off Monday and Tuesday).
• Physically able to push carts (up to 200 lbs.), lift up to 50 lbs., and stand or walk for extended periods.
