Host, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering, Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host to join our team in a busy restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, guest relations, and using point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests immediately upon their arrival
• Engage with guests while walking them to their table
• Manage waitlists and reservations for the restaurant and golf bays
• Take to-go orders and process payments using our Point of Sale system
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Assist with bussing tables as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or guest services
• Experience using Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
