Housekeeping Supervisor (Full-Time) - Arizona Biltmore

The iconic Arizona Biltmore, located in Phoenix’s prestigious Biltmore neighborhood, is a 39‑acre luxury resort with over 700 rooms, 9 food‑and‑drink outlets, a spa and 7 pools. It reopened in May 2021 after a $150 million restoration and is part of the LXR collection of Hilton hotels.

• Inspect rooms and suites, complete reports, verify status, and punch ready rooms into the property management system.
• Assign rooms to room attendants during the day after identifying those that must be cleaned.
• Monitor the lost‑and‑found program.
• Ensure that stock rooms and carts are maintained with proper supplies.

This is a full‑time position with weekday, weekend (including Sundays), and holiday availability. The shift is 11 am–7:30 pm.

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of hotel housekeeping experience.
• 1–2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience (preferred).
