Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Onsite Night Guest Attendant. In this highly visible customer service role, you will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for our guests. This position is on site, typically working evening shifts and on call overnight to oversee the property after hours performing a variety of tasks.

• Hourly rate: $16.75 – $18.75 (dependent on experience)

• Living on site: free room to coordinate overnight on‑call needs

• Property inspections: conduct regular physical inspections at night to ensure safety and security.
• Guest services: assist with check‑in and check‑out, provide excellent customer service, address guest needs.
• Laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; maintain clean laundry area.
• Cleaning & maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; restock supplies; prepare rooms that housekeeping could not clear during day shift.
• Emergency procedures: follow property emergency procedures and secure property and guests.
• On‑call needs: be on call overnight for after‑hours guest needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.

• Kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, twisting for long periods.
• Lift, push, pull up to 20 lb regularly, occasionally up to 50 lb.
