This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager at the brand new Residence Inn by Marriott located in Gilbert, AZ. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, implementing marketing campaigns, organizing sales events, and working closely with the hotel management team to ensure guest satisfaction.

The candidate will also be responsible for managing sales budgets and forecasts, and providing regular sales performance reports.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience with the Marriott technology systems, including FOSSE/PMS, a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
