• Serve as the first impression of The Global Ambassador.
• Ensure guests have a memorable experience by answering questions, escorting luggage to rooms, and managing vehicle parking and retrieval.
• Document vehicle damage on key tags.
• Drive vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel amenities and guest offerings.
• Explain parking procedures and fees accurately.
• Supervise and train other bell/valet attendants.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions and amenities.
• Maintain a high level of organization in issuing and returning guest keys.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development.
• Support teammates to achieve guest satisfaction goals.

• 2–3+ years valet experience (luxury hotel preferred).
• Supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Responsible and safety‑focused.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Professional demeanor and uniform appearance.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate weight and walk to parking areas.
• Physical ability to drive vehicles and lift luggage.
