• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of our luxurious locker rooms
• Clean and disinfect showers, sinks, lockers, and amenities
• Restock towels, robes, slippers, and toiletries
• Address any maintenance issues requiring repair
• Provide towels, water, refreshments to spa guests
• Answer questions and monitor locker rooms for tidiness
• Handle laundry operations including washing towels/linens
• Maintain professionalism and safe environment

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Responsible self-starter able to work with minimal oversight
• Health consciousness with understanding of spa amenities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
