As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay.

• Check guests in and out, handle reservations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Supervisor.
• Assist opportunities for career growth within hospitality (front office supervisor, manager, etc.).

• Previous hotel experience required.

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Effective written and oral communication in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Availability for flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
