Pay Range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Position Summary

We are seeking a Venue Floor Concierge (Guest Services Attendant) to serve as the primary point of contact for clients during live events. This highly visible, guest‑facing role is responsible for maintaining a calm, professional presence on the event floor, ensuring clients and guests have seamless support throughout their event.

What You’ll Do
  • Remain present and attentive in the event area throughout the duration of assigned events
  • Serve as the go‑to contact for the client, relaying requests to the appropriate Chateau Luxe team members (banquet, setup, housekeeping, bar, etc.)
  • Monitor guest flow, ensuring public spaces and event areas remain tidy and presentable
  • Coordinate with the banquet captain and event manager to ensure client needs are met promptly
  • Assist with small guest needs (e.g., locating restrooms, temperature adjustments, special requests) with professionalism and discretion
  • Proactively identify potential service or comfort issues and address them before they elevate
  • Support overall event success by maintaining a polished appearance and luxury‑standard service demeanor
