Join Pyramid Global Hospitality at the iconic Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. The resort is a 39‑acre luxury property operated by Hilton’s LXR collection. As a Lobby Attendant you will clean and maintain public areas to ensure guests have an impeccable experience.

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas in impeccable condition in accordance with hotel standards.

• Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, countertops, doors, walls, vents and floors using assigned cleaning agents.
• Dust furniture and pictures.
• Vacuum office and public areas, disposing of trash.
• Polish fixtures and vacuum elevators.
• Clean stairwells and ashtrays.
• Clean and deep‑clean guest rooms when required.
• Assist with delivering guest requests.
• Maintain organization of furniture and cushions in public spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of all public area storages and transportation carts.

• High school graduate or equivalent (preferred).
