Join us to lead the new Parisian steakhouse concept, Le Âme, as Assistant General Manager. You’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, from guest experiences to financial performance, while maintaining the brand’s luxury standards.

• Assist in developing and executing overall concept, vision, and direction for the restaurant, including food & beverage program, service style, standards, entertainment, ambiance, and décor
• Collaborate on creating menus, wine lists, and other offerings that align with the restaurant’s upscale positioning
• Manage daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, operational efficiency, quality and consistency, inventory controls and financial performance
• Oversee guest reservations, seating arrangements, and private events/banquets
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Foster positive relations with restaurant members, hotel guests, vendors, and staff
• Lead and mentor staff to promote growth and engagement

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment
• Superb leadership abilities, business acumen, attention to detail, and passion for exceptional hospitality
• Open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience and hospitality‑every‑time mindset
• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and restaurant teams
