- 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant leadership role
- An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset
- Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams
- Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry
- Strong ability to analyze data, product inventory, and control of costs
- A get-it-done approach and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Professional, yet comfortable with candid and open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind
- Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego
