Bi-Lingual Housekeeping Specialist – Chateau Luxe Event Venue | MUST BE AVAILABLE NIGHTS & WEEKENDS | Hourly Pay $18–22/hour

Chateau Luxe, Arizona’s premier luxury event venue, is seeking a Housekeeping Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a hands‑on, active position responsible for maintaining the pristine cleanliness and presentation of our venue before, during, and after events.

• Perform full cleaning and housekeeping duties across ballrooms, restrooms, corridors, and event spaces.
• Support setup and turnover between events to ensure all areas are guest‑ready.
• Maintain venue cleanliness throughout live events with professionalism and discretion.
• Handle laundry, linen organization, trash removal, and restocking supplies.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Collaborate with setup and banquet teams to uphold Chateau Luxe’s high standards.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining a luxury environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift/move equipment as needed.
• Prior detail housekeeping/custodial experience required (Banquet Experience is a plus!).

Varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event calendar.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr.
