The Healthcare Risk Management Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) by assisting with the development, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of risk management programs and initiatives. This role works closely with multiple departments and contributes directly to patient safety, claims management, and organizational risk reduction.

• Assist the CRO with risk management strategy, analysis, and reporting
• Support medical professional liability (MPL) claims management activities
• Identify, analyze, and monitor risk exposures across clinical and operational areas
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote patient safety and loss prevention
• Maintain risk management documentation, reports, and data
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

• 3+ years of healthcare risk management and/or insurance/MPL claims experience
• Degree related to Health Sciences or Risk Management preferred
• ARM, CPHRM, or similar Risk Management certification preferred
• Certification required within two years of employment if not already obtained
