Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team! You will work alongside an on-site Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance social, communication, and adaptive living skills for children with developmental delays and disabilities.

Compensation
  • $20- $24 hourly (Depending on experience and certifications)
Work Schedule
  • We are accepting applicants for both full-time and part-time positions, with scheduling typically ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.
  • Scheduling weekdays between 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • No late evenings or weekends required

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions using creative and play-based teaching methods
  • Support a wide range of behaviors in a collaborative environment
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation related to therapy sessions
Qualifications
  • If not currently RBT certified, ability to pass certification exam and become certified within 90-days of hire, required
  • Empathy and compassion for children, particularly those with developmental delays.
  • High energy level and physical ability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the work day.
  • Ability to commit to at least 6 months of continuous employment without changes in availability.
  • Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
