Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
Pay: $17 hour
Job Description: We are currently hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to work with children in a supportive and structured environment. This role focuses on helping children develop positive behaviors, coping skills, and daily living skills through individualized behavior plans.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed
- Monitor, document, and report progress
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team members
- Experience working with children preferred
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Current TB Screening
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Physical examination clearance
