- Deliver direct ABA services under a Supervisor/BCBA.
- Collect data on goals throughout sessions.
- Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
- Apply positive behavior support techniques to address problem behaviors.
- Assist with caregiver support and training.
- Arrive on time, complete therapists notes, submit timecards.
- Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
- Follow ethical and company policies.
- Assist with new‑hire training (overlaps/shadowing).
- Education:
High School Diploma/GED. Preferred:
Currently enrolled or completed some college coursework. - Experience:
Minimum 6 months working with individuals with disabilities (direct experience preferred). - Availability:
At least 15 hrs/week, primarily 3:00‑8:00 pm. - Age: 18 yrs or older.
Transportation:
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (travel time compensated). - Background Checks:
Criminal background check, TB test, Physical/Fit for Duty exam, proof of immunity to MMR and Varicella.
