• Deliver direct ABA services under a Supervisor/BCBA.
• Collect data on goals throughout sessions.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Apply positive behavior support techniques to address problem behaviors.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Arrive on time, complete therapists notes, submit timecards.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical and company policies.
• Assist with new‑hire training (overlaps/shadowing).

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma/GED. Preferred:
  Currently enrolled or completed some college coursework.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 6 months working with individuals with disabilities (direct experience preferred).
• Availability:
  At least 15 hrs/week, primarily 3:00‑8:00 pm.
• Age: 18 yrs or older.
  
  Transportation:
  Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (travel time compensated).
• Background Checks:
  Criminal background check, TB test, Physical/Fit for Duty exam, proof of immunity to MMR and Varicella.
