Job SummaryClient Services Technicians provide outstanding customer service to all patients coming into the pharmacy. Effective communication with team-members, patients, vendors, and pharmacy visitors is essential.
Job Activities and Responsibilities- Complete the point-of-sales process for prescription medication and over-the-counter products
- Back up retail pharmacy and mail department as needed
- Prepare daily register reconciliations
- Perform retail inventory functions including monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and receiving
- Maintain the retail area’s appearance
- Answer telephone calls with a sense of courtesy and follow-through; route calls accordingly
- File, retrieve, and organize records
- Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Fine Motor Skills
