Opportunity- Full Time
- Location:
1111 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006 - Schedule details include approximately 146 12-hour in-house shifts annually; 12-hour shifts from 6a-6p or 6p-6a, Monday-Sunday
- Call is required – nights/weekends/holidays in-house coverage
- Annual Salary: $
- Premium Pay for all hours worked over the regularly scheduled shifts
- $50K Start Date Bonus – tied to 2 years
- Comprehensive benefits package, 401K, $2,500 CME/business expense reimbursement & Professional Liability Coverage
