$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience

- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
- Provide remote or in‑person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
- Conduct remote or in‑person parent training sessions.
- Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
- Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
- Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
- Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
- Must live in NC or have a NC LBA or live in/within 50 miles of GA.
