Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a dedicated and goal‑driven BCBA to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning
, remote or in‑person clinical supervision
, parent training
, assessments and team meetings
. Our services are delivered in‑home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia and North Carolina
, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
  • Provide remote or in‑person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
  • Conduct remote or in‑person parent training sessions.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
  • Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
  • Must live in NC or have a NC LBA or live in/within 50 miles of GA.
