Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Phoenix, Arizona
Salary: $92,000–$102,000 + up to $10,000 bonus
A BCBA role built for longevity, not burnout.
If you’re a BCBA who still loves the clinical work but feels worn down by rising billables, stretched evenings, and systems that prioritize numbers over people, this role was built with you in mind.
We’re supporting a well‑established ABA provider in Phoenix that has taken a deliberate approach to sustainability. The goal isn’t to squeeze more out of clinicians. It’s to create an environment where good BCBAs can do their best work and stay in the field long‑term.
Billables are set at 110 per month (around 27.5 per week) — enough to stay engaged and impactful, without losing control of your week.
What the role looks like day to dayThis is a hands‑on clinical role with space to think and lead, not just react.
Responsibilities- Designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians with time to do it properly.
- Working closely with families to build trust and consistency.
- Using data to guide clinical decisions, not just tick boxes.
- Collaborating with a supportive clinical team that values your input.
Caseloads are managed intentionally so supervision doesn’t feel rushed and planning doesn’t spill into your personal time.
Benefits- Base salary of $92,000–$102,000.
- Up to $10,000 in bonuses for hitting target, with uncapped potential beyond.
- Daytime working hours only.
- 12 free in‑house CEUs every month.
- 401(k) with employer match.
- Company‑provided laptop and phone.
The real value is in the culture. Leadership here is clinically led and genuinely engaged. Decisions are made with clinician wellbeing and client outcomes in mind, not just productivity metrics.
