Overview

Legal Operations Specialist - Medical Records ho Arizona is a large, privately owned orthopedic practice with more than 75 providers across 30 locations and in-house MRI capabilities. We are committed to best-in-class patient care, pioneering research and technology, and recognizing our employees.

• Ensure organization and completeness of case files.
• Upload imaging (DICOM files) for cases, ensuring completeness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all medical records/imaging related inquiries.
• Able to prioritize based on urgency of the case files (deadlines, appointments, etc.).
• Able to work ahead and be sure that records are received in a timely manner.
• Other clerical/operational duties as needed.
• Able to track records received as well as anything pending.

• Experience with Outlook, Work, Google Drive, and PDF.
• Detail oriented
• Extremely organized.
