Direct Support Professional – 1099 – Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities- Provide direct support to clients in recovery or mental health crisis centers.
- Work a 7a‑7p or 7p‑7a schedule, available for per diem or block schedules.
- Maintain a 24‑hour a day presence to ensure client safety and care.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) experience.
- Willing and able to work in recovery or mental health crisis centers.
- 1099 independent contractor status.
Competitive compensation up to $19 per hour.
