This position coordinates and performs care management duties in relation to the Department's System of Care program (SOC); a statewide, integrated (physical health and behavioral health) health care management system within the Department of Child Safety Comprehensive Health Plan (DCS CHP). It also identifies and initiates opportunities to enhance quality among providers and the provider network in pursuit of the Arizona Twelve Principles for children involved with AZ Department of Child Safety.
