Overview
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Program SupervisorCBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.
Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the program and provide guidance and direction to assigned staff, including training, scheduling, skills and knowledge verification, and ensuring adherence to agency policy and procedure.
- Provide direct service to members as needed and participate in staffing and shadowing staff for quality assurance purposes.
- Positively represent the program and agency, coordinate with community partners, assist with program presentations, and participate in meetings with the funder when determined necessary.
- Ensure data quality of HMIS entries and that staff complete daily staffing emails, services transactions, and case notes per program-specific desktop procedures.
- Ensure staff thoroughly document their efforts according to CBI Policy and Procedure and continuously review HMIS reports.
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health is preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the behavioral health field required.
- Minimum of 12 months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
- Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) required for Housing program staff.
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required for Housing program staff.
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
- Peer Certification (if applicable).
