Inpatient/ER

• GE scanner and Philips ICT Unit CT Scan department # of Procedure Rooms 5 rooms- 2 in ER, 3 in main Radiology department on 4th floor.
• Certs required ARRT (R)(CT) and MRTBE CRT and CTCT GE Scanner
• Experience Required EMR Cerner - PACS is DR systems Cases per day Varied depending on ER and inpatient volume- 25 per day approx.
• Charge Nurse Marresa Houle, CT supervisor CSTs on staff
• Weekend Requirement Yes depending on schedule- not every weekend
• Call None
• Holidays No
• Floating No
• Floor specific orientation At least 1 week with 1/1 orientation
• Common cases / Types of patients Routine CT Exams, CTA with perfusion, trauma’s
• Additional Notes GE experience required and Philips preferred, Med Rad injectors Fasted pace environment, will have other CT techs in same work area for assistance.
