As a CNA, you will provide a variety of care services to our clients, from daily household chores to personal care and more. Duties may vary from client to client as we tailor our services to meet individual needs. All caregiver and CNA roles qualify for perks and benefits at Adultcare Assistance.

In-home care responsibilities can vary by client. For CNAs, duties may include:

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Help seniors with trips to local Scottsdale markets.
• Go to lunch or grab an ice cream with your client.

• Restore Dignity: Keep your client clean and comfortable, assist with bathing and grooming, provide incontinence care management to avoid embarrassment, and perform light housekeeping to reduce stress at home.
• Maintain Independence: Support daily activities and routines to help clients stay independent.
• Keep Healthy: Meal preparation to maintain vitality, medication reminders to avoid hospital readmissions, and memory care safety to keep seniors out of danger.
• Support Others: Assist with physical therapy exercises, be the eyes and ears for hospice care, and report changes in condition.

Requirements for CNA jobs at Adultcare Assistance include:

• Have a genuine desire to work with seniors

Ability To Work

• Typically 8- or 12-hour CNA shifts in the Phoenix area
• Optional overtime often available

Senior Safety

• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug screening test
• Negative TB test

Transportation

• Reliable car
• Proof of auto insurance
• Valid driver’s license
