Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. This role requires someone who understands the importance of meeting client needs while promoting a high quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to problem-solve in real-time, and a reputation for being cheerful and attentive when administering care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.

• Support clients in achieving daily personal goals, including adherence to dietary needs.

• Prepare and cook meals.

• Perform housekeeping duties.

• Maintain ongoing communication with the on-site manager to ensure member safety and well-being.

• Provide transportation for members to and from home, as well as within the community.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in vocational work, job coaching, and daily living skills as part of a collaborative team.
