We’reseekinga driven and detail-oriented Clinical Field Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our innovative healthcare products and the clinical professionals who use them—providing hands-on training, education, and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with clinical experience who is ready to grow into a hybrid role that blends patient care knowledge with professional sales and education responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, hands-on product training to clinicians, staff, and healthcare teams
- Support the sales team by providing clinicalexpertiseduring product demos and educational sessions
- Act as a trusted clinical resource for customers throughout the implementation and post-sale process
- Travel within the region to provide on-site training and support as needed
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, feedback, and product performance insights
- 2–3 years of experience in a clinical or patient-facing healthcare role (e.g., Medical Assistant, PTA, or similar)
- Strong foundation in anatomy, biology, kinesiology, biotech, or prosthetics (degree or relevant coursework preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly and confidently
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented witha strong senseof ownership
- Comfortable with regional travel (approximately 30–50%)
- Experience training or educating others in a clinical setting
- Prior exposure to healthcare product sales, implementation, or support
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish a plus)
