• Prepare patient charts for upcoming visits, ensuring all necessary forms are completed and integrated
• Welcome patients, conduct check-ins, and escort them to examination rooms
• Perform delegated medical tasks, including recording vitals and documenting medical history
• Conduct visual acuity screenings and administer injections as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms and assist providers with troubleshooting patient issues

• Completion of a Medical Assistant certificate or a CAAHEP-accredited program
• At least six months of healthcare experience preferred
• Valid and current CPR and First Aid certifications, and an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older

• Associate degree in a health-related field or certification as a Medical Assistant
• Proficiency in using electronic record-keeping systems such as EMR and billing software
• Bilingual candidates are highly valued
