If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need – strive to offer care customized to each individual, while honoring their preferences, abilities and specific needs –

- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to work independently with integrity
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel within the service area
- CPR Certified
- Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
- Competitive pay $18-$19 per hour
