As a caregiver, you will provide a variety of services to our clients, ranging from daily household chores to personal care. Your duties may vary from client to client as we strive to tailor our services to meet each individual’s needs.

• In-home care duties vary by client; caregiver duties may include: daily household chores and personal care.
• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Help seniors with trips to local Biltmore markets.
• Go to lunch or grab an ice cream with your client.

• Have a genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Typically 8 or 12-hour caregiver shifts in the Biltmore area; optional overtime often available.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass drug screening test.
• Negative TB test.
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and valid driver’s license.

• Competitive pay: one of the highest starting wages for in-home caregiver jobs in Biltmore.
• Signing bonus.
• Employer portion of employment taxes paid by us.
• Merit-based raises: 90-day and bi-annual reviews.
• Referral program: $750 bonus for 3 caregiver referrals; $250 for each caregiver referral.
