Position SummaryWe are seeking inspiring and well-rounded Corporate Health Coach in the Phoenix area to join our mission of providing integrated, whole-person health solutions.
Responsibilities- Conduct one‑on‑one onsite health consultations, including nutrition and fitness guidance, to help clients achieve their individual goals.
- Lead engaging health-related workshops and presentations.
- Perform health screenings and assessments for employees of registered organizations onsite.
- Foster positive relationships with participants to encourage ongoing engagement and continued attendance, while driving health promotion efforts to broaden awareness among non‑participants.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as note‑taking and monthly reporting.
Freelance, part‑time, with potential for growth.
Pay$24.00 - $28.00 per hour.
Travel ReimbursementSeparate travel time, mileage reimbursement, and other reimbursement is provided for commuting to various locations throughout the Phoenix area.
Requirements- Travel Expectations:
Must have a reliable vehicle with proper insurance and be open to commuting to various locations throughout the metropolitan Phoenix area. - Education:
Associate;
Bachelors or Masters (Preferred) in health promotion, or a related health field required. - Experience:
3 years of equivalent experience in a corporate setting preferred;
Coaching Certification from a nationally recognized coach training organization. - Bonus
Experience:
Current Nutrition / Personal Training Certification, Group Fitness Certification, Yoga or Pilates Certification.
- Bilingual proficiency preferred (Spanish).
- Ability to design individual fitness and nutrition programs.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the metropolitan Phoenix area to various onsite locations.
- Strong public‑speaking or group‑presentation skills preferred; prior experience delivering onsite workshops or educational sessions is a plus.
- Capable of presenting group workshops.
- Knowledge and experience in fitness screenings and assessments.
- Positive, uplifting personality.
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills (proficient in English).
- Affinity for incorporating the company voice and brand into health topics.
- Mindful of our solution‑focused voice when addressing preventative health outcomes.
- Ability to inspire and motivate clients.
- Possessing outstanding clinical judgment.
- Ability to collaborate with professionals across the health spectrum.
