We operate on a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week (Monday–Thursday). This approach enhances creativity, innovation, communication, and relationship-building, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Job Description Opportunity at a GlanceThe primary purpose of this role is to establish clinical relationships in markets where new campus location are likely to open and to support new programs.
Responsibilities- Develop relationships with health organizations in potential and current markets.
- Develop and manage a national account strategy.
- Use direct mail, telephone, email and face‑to‑face meetings to determine clinical site capacity for Chamberlain University students and potential for partnership.
- Initiate clinical affiliation agreements and other types of written support for applications for approval of program and new campuses.
- Research, contact, negotiate, and contract with potential clinical agencies for student experiences.
- Identify potential strategic opportunities based on market intelligence.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on clinical relationship initiatives.
- Identify best practices, create client‑facing information, and establish ongoing working relationships.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Master's Degree Preferred.
- 5+ years business development experience Required.
- Healthcare sales experience Preferred.
- Experience in Nursing Preferred.
- 1+ year experience Preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills – must be able to work with various levels of management.
- Team player willing to share and exchange ideas.
- Action oriented – work autonomously with little direction.
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520.90 and $96,736.53. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility. The position qualifies for the following benefits.
