We are seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs who speak Apache, Navajo, Hopi, or O'odham to support seniors who feel most comfortable communicating in their native language. Your ability to speak their language does more than help with care—it builds trust, eases fear, and brings comfort in moments when it matters most.

For many seniors, especially those who speak Indigenous languages, having a caregiver who understands their words and culture can transform their day. You become:

Your care helps seniors maintain routines, independence, and pride—while giving families peace of mind knowing their loved one is truly understood.

• Provide compassionate personal care and mobility assistance

• Offer companionship and meaningful conversation in the client’s preferred language

• Support meals, hydration, and light housekeeping

• Assist with daily routines, safety monitoring, and medication reminders

• Help with errands, transportation, and appointments as needed

• All Shifts Available – Day, evening, overnight, full-time, part-time, or PRN

• Competitive Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on experience and shift type)
