We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our healthcare team, supporting physicians and patients. You will play a vital role in the patient experience, ensuring a caring and efficient clinical process. Willing to work and travel to our clinics in Phoenix, Sun City, Peoria, and Mesa

• Assist physicians and medical staff with daily tasks and patient care.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Document patient medical history and vital signs in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate follow-up care as required.
• Educate patients on pain management plans, medication instructions, and wellness strategies.
• Prepare and maintain examination and treatment rooms, including sterilization and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Provide outstanding patient service and contribute to a positive clinic environment.

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Certification/Registration (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical setting is highly desirable; experience in a pain clinic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and medical office procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and related software.
