• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Prepare patients for consultations and treatments
• Record vitals, administer injections, and perform EKGs
• Manage scheduling, patient communication, and transactions
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and manage medications
• Educate patients on programs, services, and special offers
• Provide motivation and support throughout the patient journey
• Travel between Ahwatukee, Mesa, and Gilbert locations as scheduled to support clinic operations

This is a full‑time position requiring open availability during the following business hours:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on Medical Assisting and Customer Service experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of, or scheduled to graduate from, an accredited medical assisting program
• Completion of a clinical externship, if required by the program, OR
• A minimum of six months of full‑time experience as a clinical Medical Assistant, including tasks such as manually measuring blood pressure and vital signs, and administering injections
