We are seeking dedicated professionals to care for patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure and record vital statistics, initiate cannulation, observe patients, and set up hemodialysis machines. Your technical skills and compassion will build meaningful relationships and improve patients’ quality of life.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to care for people and comfort with blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or a state‑approved program (for experienced PCTs).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• $20–$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
