Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Job Summary

The Associate Director of Housing and Community Integration oversees outreach, shelter, housing, and community‑based programs within their defined area. They directly supervise management‑level staff, ensure compliance with contract requirements, meet productivity and outcome goals, develop staff through training, guide innovative service delivery, collaborate with finance on grant management and budgeting, and monitor program compliance. They also represent Community Bridges in the community, seek new partnerships and funding opportunities, and serve as liaison for Patient Centered Medical Homes, Crisis, and Inpatient units to connect to Housing and Community Integration resources.

Skills

/ Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities required.
  • 1–3 years of grant writing experience, program development and/or grant monitoring.
  • Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
  • Current Arizona Driver's License (valid and in good standing).
  • Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Peer Certification (if applicable).
