This is an on‑site role based in Phoenix, AZ, for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As an RBT, you will work directly with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to implement evidence‑based behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Your daily tasks will include one‑on‑one therapy sessions, collecting and recording data, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with families to support the development of essential skills and behaviors.

• Strong understanding of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Experience in Behavioral Intervention techniques and implementation
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with children and their families
• Background knowledge or experience in Psychology is a plus
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the field of behavioral therapy
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans with consistency
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in related fields is a plus
