What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of members across the lifespan.
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in collaboration with physicians, behavioral health providers, nursing staff, and care coordination teams.
  • Conduct evaluations, medication management, and follow‑up care in alignment with evidence‑based practice and organizational standards.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record.
  • Participate in integrated care team meetings, quality initiatives, and performance improvement projects.
  • Promote whole‑person wellness through education, prevention, and culturally responsive care.
What We’re Looking For
  • Current and valid Physician Assistant license in the State of Arizona.
  • Graduation from an ARC‑PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • National certification (NCCPA).
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Experience in outpatient primary care preferred; behavioral health or integrated care experience a plus.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative approach to team‑based care.
