Program Manager BHT

Job Summary

The Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) Program Manager oversees the day‑to‑day clinical and business operations of the assigned site/program(s). The Program Manager is responsible for building a cohesive team that works collaboratively with internal teams and community stakeholders to provide quality care. They guide staff in understanding program processes, ensure staff provide quality support services and housing resources to clients, and track client paperwork and referrals through reporting.

Reports and deliverables are submitted to leadership as required.

• Oversee staff who are working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community and increase income stability.
• Ensure staff provide quality support services and housing resources to all clients.
• Guide staff in understanding program processes and services available for their target population/demographic.
• Collaborate with internal teams and community stakeholders to deliver excellent care.
• Track necessary client paperwork and referrals; submit reports and deliverables to leadership.

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a behavioral health field required.
• Experience living in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders, homelessness, family members and veteran experience preferred.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
• Current Arizona Driver’s License that is valid and in good standing.
• Clear 39‑month motor vehicle record.
