Inbound and outbound specialty referrals from start to completion - Support

Scheduling specialty services and maintaining communication with provider offices - Collaborate with

Care Logistics team members, specialty providers, and internal clinical teams - Improve

Referral turnaround times and overall member experience - Advocate for
:
Members by ensuring referrals are completed accurately and within service standards
This is a hands-on role for someone who:
- Enjoys coordination, communication, and detail-oriented work
- Takes ownership and follows through
- Wants their work to have a real-world impact on people’s health
In this role, you will:
- Own

Referral turnaround times and overall member experience - Advocate for

Members by ensuring referrals are completed accurately and within service standards
A strong performer in this role is known for:
- Being organized, responsive, and dependable
- Communicating with empathy and professionalism
- Consistently completing referral tasks within 72 business hours
Success in this role is measured by:
- Timely and accurate completion of referral requests
- Clear and consistent documentation in the EMR system
- Positive member interactions and satisfaction
- Strong collaboration and reliability within the Care Logistics team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings relevant experience in administrative support, healthcare coordination, or customer service
- Communicates clearly and with empathy
- Takes ownership and follows through
- Enjoys simplifying complex processes
- Works well across teams and roles
- Cares deeply about helping people
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and EMR systems preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
