Locations are typically in:
North Phoenix, Anthem, North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek and Carefree
- Minimum of 6 months professional experience working with seniors. (Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)
- Must be available at least 2 to 3 times per week either 7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am
- Must have an Active driver's license
- Cellphone with internet access (data not Wi‑Fi)
- TB or Chest X‑ray
- Current CPR certification
- Mileage Reimbursement
- Competitive Pay
- Ongoing Training
- PPE
