Forms+Surfaces is a leading designer and manufacturer of architectural and site products used in high-profile commercial and public projects around the world. As an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist you will be part of our growing Phoenix manufacturing team.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

• Commit to workplace safety and demonstrate strong safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, EPA, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and execute safety and health programs in accordance with state and federal requirements. Perform audits to identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
• Manage training schedules and conduct safety training. Assist with new employee onboarding and safety orientation.
• Manage comprehensive incident investigations and support claim management. Develop injury reduction initiatives targeting both severity and frequency.
• Coordinate with consultants in industrial hygiene and environment. Manage environmental annual reporting, monitoring, and agency interactions.
• Perform first aid treatment and further implement hearing conservation program/respiratory protection program.
• Perform other duties and tasks as deemed necessary.

• 3-5 years’ experience as a safety professional, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety and health.
• Active and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible working schedule when necessary.
• Strong organizational skills.
• First Aid/CPR certified or willing to become certified.
