Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Green Light ABA is a BCBA‑led ABA provider focused on supporting children and their families in the natural environment at home, in school, and within the community. We are looking for caring, collaborative individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

$23.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Full‑Time, Part‑Time

• Competitive Pay: $23 - $30 per hour depending on experience

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with autism and developmental needs ages 2–18 years old
• Implement skill‑acquisition programs and behavior‑reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change

• RBTs with active certification
• Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for traveling to client homes
• Willingness and ability to pass a background check
