Occupational Therapist; OT – High School Caseload

, supporting high school students throughout various sites in Phoenix, AZ during the '25-'26 school year.

• Conduct comprehensive multi-site evaluations for high school students across the district, specifically assessing functional skills related to daily living, academics, and vocational participation.
• Partner with the Individual Education Program (IEP) team to develop and implement annual IEPs and complete required student evaluations.
• Develop and manage the full occupational therapy services schedule, providing direct treatment, consultation, and effective supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Provide environmental and technological accommodations, including the adaptation of materials/equipment and training parents and school staff for consistent support.

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy License
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• First Aid/CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
• Prior school-based or pediatric OT experience and working knowledge of IEP development and implementation processes (Preferred)
